Contructing a Woodie
Allenwoodie, that is. I am not the most useful person in a wood working shop. But I do know a few things. I came across this Allenwood site awhile back. I decided I needed to do something manly, and make a bookshelf. I needed one anyway. So I ordered the instruction, and got to work on this bad boy. Feels damn good. And it was cool to make it myself. Anyway, it was super easy. I am staining it now to match my desk. Check out the site. I am betting it does not get nearly enough traffic to the site. So I thought I would lend a hand and some hits.

Shaping the out of shape
Its been awhile since i hit the gym. This weekend, I started again. Hittin the gym. Lifting the weights. Running on the treadmill. Giving myself shin splints. What I am wondering, is what the difference between the elliptical machine and the Treadmill. I burn more calories on the elliptical machine, but I was told the it has no resistance, and there for I should work on the treadmill. Which is better? Whats the difference? Besides looking like a puff on the elliptical machine?

Crazy (but catchy) Indian Music Video
Filmed in the 90’s, this video found its way to Youtube, along with just about everything else tht has ever been filmed. At first, what I thought was kinda silly –the colors, the dance moves (which don’t translate well to American dance music) actually turned into me thinking the song was kinda of catchy. Not to mention the girl who sings the song is Hot, except when she sports the jeans. It comes up fist when you search Youtube for Crazy Indian.
